Payment Types: Muses Day Spa accepts Cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card. We do not currently accept Apple Pay.

All payments must be made at the time of service / purchase, or over the phone in advance. We require a

 

Cancellation & Booking Policy: We reserve our time and products especially for you when you book an appointment. We require a 48-hour notice on all cancellations before the scheduled appointment. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your total service. If you “No Show” your appointment, there is a 100% charge of your total service. Due to the policy, we do require a form of payment on file. Repeat "No Show" clients will no longer be able to book appointments any further than two days prior.

 

Arrival Guidelines: Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start time of your appointment to allow yourself time to fill out all necessary paperwork and relax. Regretfully, if you are late for an appointment, we will have to shorten your treatment time to be on schedule for the next guest; if more than 15 minutes late without notice, we will no longer be able to accommodate such appointment and the cancellation fee will come into effect.

We ask that you kindly reschedule your appointment if you are feeling ill or have any flu-like symptoms. Anyone that arrives experiencing symptoms will be asked to reschedule. Guests are welcome to inquire further about our cleaning policies.

Minimum Age: Wellness guests are required to be at least 14 years of age to receive treatments or utilize the facilities. *All clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult, and have their consent form signed by a parent or guardian.

Cell Phone Etiquette: Please respect our tranquil environment and silence your cell phones while visiting us. Refraining from phone conversation in consideration of other guests is greatly appreciated.

Personal Belongings: We ask that you bring minimal belongings with you to your appointment. Our lockers are available in each of our client lounges to use during your visit. Please make sure to take all belongings with you. Muses is not responsible for any items left behind or unattended.

Purchase Policy: Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with original receipt. Opened items may be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of purchase with original receipt.

Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are non-refundable. Misplaced gift cards will not be redeemable.

Prices: All prices are subject to change and are up to our discretion.
